This week Richards speaks with Chief Jeremy Norman of Flying Dust First Nation in Saskatchewan. Chief Norman explains how the opportunities lost under the Indian Act was their motivation to pass a land code. With 1500 members, Flying Dust First Nation have interests in a large group of companies, including an interesting flare gas to power project that will create significant resources for the First Nation for decades to come.
